It was an accident to be sure. I have been stuck for the last two or three weeks at 222 - 224 lbs. In the big picture, that is still 17 - 18 lbs for the year, which is really good, but I was getting discouraged because I really haven't changed much in diet and exercise since the year began and I am no longer losing weight. That changed today, and I may have accidentally run into something I had not thought of before.
Quick update: since this was the end of my first week and Sat. was a cheat day.
I began 2019 at 240 lbs. I reached 220 lbs at one point with the slow carb for a month or so, but again felt to gross to continue. I began 2020 at 240 lbs. Something needs to change and so this is my plan.
I am going to try a new diet starting today. It is one I do often and I want to try it again for the month of October. It is the Slow Carb diet made famous by Tim Ferris in the 4-hour body.
As the song goes: "and so I drank 1, it became 4 and when I fell on the floor I drank more." - The Smith's ... well, a week later and I am still drinking soda heavily.
