I am going to try a new diet starting today. It is one I do often and I want to try it again for the month of October. It is the Slow Carb diet made famous by Tim Ferris in the 4-hour body.
I want to implement Kyani and intermittent fasting into the diet as well, so it is going to look something like this:
Wake up and drink water, take Sunrise (antioxidants), Nitro (for circulation) and H5, which is a fat burner. I will also take the Kyani protein powder which gives me a shot of 20 g of pure protein.
I will only drink water, no soda (here comes a caffeine headache!)
Lunch – Take Nitro. Most of the time I will simply do what I normally would for breakfast, because I love breakfast food. That is Eggs and Sausage or Bacon for lunch.
Dinner has to be some sort of meat. I have a smoker that I am getting good at, so will do that plus mix in a salad every once in a while. After dinner, take Nitro and Sunset (Omegas and Vitamin A).
Saturday will be the cheat day where I can eat whatever I want, but I will still try to ensure I do not drink anything but water. I will stick to my Kyani regiment.
Each day, I do not want to eat after 6pm, to let my system digest.
I have some supplements like potassium and magnesium etc. that I will take each day to make sure I do not get shaky.
At the gym it is strength 3 times a week and cardio 2 times.
Current weight this morning is 233 lbs. Goal is 220 lbs by the end of October.
I am looking forward to seeing how this goes for me and my weight.
